Book Signing for Marlene Newman, author of “Myron’s Magic Cow”
at Woodstock’s The Golden Notebook

Back in the early 60’s, when Marlene and Harry Cohen were living on Coldbrook Road in Wittenberg, little did she imagine she’d return to Woodstock some 40 years later with a magic cow. On Saturday, September 2, she will be signing copies of her children’s book, “Myron’s Magic Cow,” at the Golden Notebook on Tinker Street.

On Monday, June 4,2007, we visited Ms. Lombardo's 2nd grade at the Howe Magnet School in Schenectady. What fun it is to read to such a super group of children.

I so enjoyed reading wonderful letters I received from the class.

We visited Mt. Sinai hospital Pediatric Out Patient Clinic and were interviewed for closed circuit television for the children in the hospital.

On Friday, December 16, 2005, Myron and I will visit the kindergartens and 1st grades of the Harlem Children's Zone Charter Schools in New York City.

At 10 a.m., we'll be at Promise Academy I, 175 West 134 St and at 3 p.m we'll be at Promise Academy II, 220 West 121 St.

WE'RE BRINGING MYRON BACK HOME

Myron was born on the stage of Trinity School a long time ago. We'll be back at 180 Pelham Road in New Rochelle, NY. for a visit to Trinity School on Monday, April 24,2006.

On April 26, it will be our pleasure to visit the children at Daniel Webster Magnet School in New Rochelle, NY.

Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 10 a.m., as part of the Reach Out and Read program at Mt. Sinai Hospital at 100th Street and Madison Avenue in New York City, Myron's going to visit the children in the Out Patient Clinic. And then, via closed circuit television, we'll be be able to share our story with the children who are in-patients, too.
